We’re a small family business based in Cape Town, where every piece of furniture we create is woven with love, laughter and a whole lot of passion. What began as a shared family appreciation for handmade craftsmanship, the art of weaving and the beauty of natural materials has blossomed into Woven Home – a place where furniture tells a story, and that story is uniquely yours.

As a parent-and-daughter team, we have the best time working together! Whether we’re sharing design ideas over coffee or getting hands-on in our workspace, we truly enjoy every step of the process and we like to think our joy shines through in every piece we make.

We each bring our own flair to the mix; whether it’s being the creative, the hands-on maker bringing new ideas to life or the material-loving perfectionist who ensures every weave is just right. Our workshop is always filled with lots of creative energy and family banter and our typical days are spent, weaving, hammering, and crafting amidst the hum of music in the background. Every piece is a labour of love and we wouldn’t want it any other way.

We are constantly inspired by the beauty of nature around us – rugged mountains, serene beaches and earthy landscapes. By combining earthy tones and natural textures with our signature woven elements, we strive to bring nature’s warmth into your home. From handwoven seagrass floor lamps to leather strapped benches, each item is thoughtfully crafted, made to be lived with and designed to help create a cosy, inviting space.
